Terms of Service
This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.
These are the conditions governing the use of the platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Also read the Privacy Policy.
Last updated: 31 July 2026 · preliminary version, subject to legal review
1. The service
We are an IRL streaming platform: we receive your video signal over SRT, process it in a managed Cloud OBS instance, apply an automatic BRB scene when the connection drops and re-transmit to the destinations you configure (Twitch, YouTube and others), with no per-destination fee. We do not host VOD: permanent recording belongs to the destination platforms.
2. Account and responsibility
- You must provide truthful registration data and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything that happens in your account and organisation, including the actions of members you invite.
- Keep your credentials confidential. Ingest keys can (and should) be rotated from the panel or the API whenever a leak is suspected.
3. Plans, trial and billing
- The subscription is paid and there is no free plan. Eligible plans may offer a trial period with a registered card; duration and conditions are those shown at checkout.
- Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
- Variable consumption (such as instance hours and excess traffic) is metered and charged according to the contracted plan, at the amounts shown on the home page.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rata charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle.
- Cancellation stops renewal: the service stays active until the end of the period already paid and amounts already charged are not refunded.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Coupons and promotions follow the conditions published in each campaign.
4. Your content
- The content you broadcast is yours. You grant us only the technical licence needed to receive, process and re-transmit the signal to the destinations you configured — nothing beyond that.
- We do not record your broadcast by default and we do not inspect video content. BRB clips are a temporary buffer configured by your organisation and disappear with the account.
- Files you upload to the Cloud OBS instance (overlays, media) stay restricted to your instance and follow the retention described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to broadcast illegal content, infringe third-party rights, circumvent technical limits of the service or breach the terms of the destination platforms you connect. We act on abuse based on reports and metadata — not on video inspection. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of the account.
6. Availability
We work towards a public monthly availability target of 99.9% for ingest and the control plane, with automatic credits when the target is missed. Measurement and credit details will be published on the SLA page. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, the brand, the website and the panels belong to us. These terms transfer no rights over them to you beyond use of the contracted service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages demonstrably caused by the service. We are not liable for downtime of destination platforms, for your origin connection or for content you broadcast.
9. Suspension and termination
You may close the account at any time from the panel. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with prior notice whenever possible. After termination your data is deleted within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the panel with reasonable notice; continued use of the service after they take effect counts as agreement.
11. Governing law and contact
The governing law and competent forum are not defined yet and will be stated in this clause before definitive contracting; until then, the mandatory rules of your country of residence apply. Nothing here limits rights your local law makes non-waivable, including consumer rights. Questions about these terms: support@xurvo.cloud.
